Anchor is a trauma-informed, integrative programme that helps you reconnect with your emotional world in a way that feels safe, steady, and empowering. Over the course of three months, we’ll work together to gently:

  • Understand your emotional patterns – where they come from, how they show up, and what they need

  • Rewire the stress and trauma responses held in your nervous system

  • Build emotional awareness and resilience, so you're no longer at the mercy of old triggers

  • Shift the internal stories and beliefs that quietly shape how you see yourself and the world

  • Reconnect with your body’s intelligence, so healing becomes something you feel, not just think about
